Changi golf club card can use for handicap?

I would like to check if anyone used the Changi golf course 9 hole card for submitting for handicap test? Thanks.

Scores from Any golf course that has the USGA slope rating can be use for handicapping purpose. Even 9 hole scores.

U have to submit 2 x 9 holes card, if I remember correctly.

Actually no, just to take the hcp, u need to either submit 5x18 or 10x9.
