Book on golf rules

Anyone knows where to buy a copy of the book for golf rules?
Is there frequent updates to the golf rules? eg the new groove regulation.

Usually you can get the rules of golf book from most of the golf country clubs. think the book is by RGA or something.

btw is there different standards internationally?

if not wrong now the rules are same for USGA and Randa

I got mine small little book free from the OCC registration counter, no question ask. That was in May, not sure whether they replenish...
