Suspended Acct

Hi, my prev account was suspended cuz I had entered the wrong password a few times. Subsequently, i tried to reset but I could never get the captcha right. So I used the contact form on the main page to inform the forum admin. did that a few times over the past few months but nobody responded. Now I had created another account. But would like to use my old account, possible for admin to re-activate my old account?
