Fixing a H3 Head and Shaft. Empty

one of my kaki give me a H3 head and another give me a H3 shaft. Do i just walk into a fitting shop and get them to fix it up? What else do i need to tell them?

The Head is a Srixon H3 and shaft a R Flex pull out from TM 3H.
