His two balls which he gave to my friend's son. Sergio always does that. Looking for kids to give them souvenirs. Way to go!



And finally, the worst taken pic of them all which is my most cherished one. The siren went off for yet another rain stoppage and I asked Ernie if I could have a pic with him. He said yes but do it quickly. Passed my phone to a friend and was getting into position when an overzealous uncle decided that he also wanted to be in the picture. I wonder why he would wanna do that...

As the storm clouds were moving in, the light was not good either, so my most cherished pic turned out like this..... hai.......

What in the world was that uncle doing in your photo with the Big E?!

Still, it's a very precious once-in-a-lifetime image...now preserved for eternity with a meaty arm in your face.

I think you have to orientate the photo and save it before uploading to Imageshack.

I forgot to tell you guys another thing. The third person in the flight was Malaysia's top amateur golfer, Gavin Kyle Green. And this guy just bombs drives! Armed with my rangefinder and with the fairways soggy from the continuous rain, all drives were plugged.

I measured Gavin's carry distance at a whopping 290m! Easily outdriving both Ernie and Sergio by 50m!

At one of the driveable par 4's which required a 284m carry to get past the greenside bunker and on to the green, Ernie laid up with a 3 wood, Sergio upped his tempo and pulled his driver to the left rough leaving himself with a difficult 40m pitch in. Gavin played a fade but overcooked it and landed on the right rough but pin high! That was another 290+m carry!

Even Ernie and Sergio admitted that Gavin was "monster long!"

Let's hope he is the first Malaysian to be featured on the PGA Tour in the near future after graduating from New Mexico State University.
