Minimum posts required before one is able to send PMs

Dear Members,

We have installed a new feature to prevent spammers from sending spam pm.

A minimum amount of 3 posts is required before a user PM box is active.
Until the amount of post has been made by the member, there is no possibility to send PMs.

This may not be a fool proof method but still its a layer of protection against spam.

Due to abuse, the minimum post is now increased to 10. Members who needs assistance please use the contact us function for private msg

We will be lowering the number of posts to send pm to 5.

However, 10 posts are still required to start topics in Marketplace.
