PostSubject: Weather Changing?   Weather Changing? I_icon_minitimeTue Jan 03, 2012 3:11 pm

Hi all,

couldn't help but notice over the last few days the that the weather seems to be changing.
If anyone has had the misfortune of teeing off in the afternoon would have had encountered rain in the last couple of weeks.
But the last few days no more *keeping fingers crossed* rain in the afternoon, in fact getting hotter.

Does it mean more golf time in the afternoons?

Anyone in the metrological line can share some insights? Rolling Eyes

Almost the whole of last week was damn hot in the afternoon and I did notice the change in weather. Well, hot weather is still far better than rainy days because at least we can still go out and play.

I had a wonderful game on Friday morning. Clear and cool weather.

I went scuba diving on Sunday afternoon.

heres what i posted on another thread......

i was talking to someone who reads and uses the traditional chinese calendar. according to her, the chinese calender works on 9 day block and the coldest block is going to peak at the 4th block. so as "Dong Zhi" in chinese or "Kanji" in Jpaanese or "Hangkul" in Korean was observed on the 22 Dec 2011. the coldest block will be during the CNY period.

so if you want to enjoy golf during the best part of the year, the next 2 weeks is probably going to be as good as it gets.
