Recommend a reliable car mechanic

hi all,

anyone can recommend me a reliable and trustworthy car mechanic in east area, preferably in tampines area.
my car engine sounds weird, out of the norm today. car can still move smoothly & no warning lights appears.

I manage to pinpoint it, the sound comes from the one of the radiator fan.
