play 5 rounds of golf, keep the scorecard, call Palm Villa to book courtesy round, let the pro see how you play and take a written test, submit the 5 scorecard then they issue you with MGA handicap. Cost of courtesy around RM200+ not incl green fees. That's my personal experience.

there is another way also can get MGA handicap but cannot share here, i also don't have that lobang What a Face

bring along the rules of golf book and should be fine, they don't supervise you while you're doing it

Any GR members truly need an SGA handicap with insurance I am authorised with Golf Alliance. No muss no fuss. Beer

so much about the gentleman's game..
anyway MGA handicap most courses in SG u wont be able to play unless u have 1+ year old HCP. some allow on weekdays, but really it costs the same as SGA. get SGA. if you think ur game not good enuff, hit the range for a month and then get the HCP..
