After I click submit, it takes me back to the contest page however. There is no acknowledgement of the submission. Is that correct?

Same thing happened.

If you are taken back to the contest page, you will need to re-submit your entry and make sure you leave out ',' & '#' in your address field.

Same thing happened to me, but when I left out the above characters in the address field, I received an acknowledgement to say that my entry has been submitted.
