Impact - The Secret

From all the threads and posts relating to impact, it is true to say that to hit the ball correctly with compression, the hands must be in front of the ball at impact, hitting down. This is only possible with a Flat Left Wrist and a Bent Right Wrist. An effective training aid I use to help achieve this feeling at impact is THE GREG NORMAN SECRET. It is a great training aid that straps onto the right hand (for R.H golfers) and really gives the golfer immediate feedback if the are scooping or breaking down at impact. It is very useful to improve chipping for the same reasons.



Rodney Pampling (US Tour player) also uses this aid. He has the problem of having too much bend in his right wrist so it helps him to correct this swing fault.



Of all the training aids on the market, I use this and an impact bag exclusively. Afterall impact is the moment of truth.
I have this available in mens, womens and junior sizes if anyone is interested.

Eh... didn't see the bottom text. Sorry, RSC (and thanks to WMF for the note). I'm getting older. Perhaps fixing my eyesight would be better than fixing my swing.
