I strongly believe in Karma, people who do unto you 
it will someday someway get  back the same medicine,
no need to be angry or revenge, Up stair is very Fair!

I have seen with my own eyes! A girl colleague who complained about the
male colleague, male colleague got fired, just 2  months down the road
 this girl colleague got Fired by the Boss!
