Our group of 8 had a wonderful time, 2nd week of April with his excellent service, briefly our itinerary:

1) Pick up at Batam center
2) Golf at Southlinks (27 holes)
3) After golf wonderful (no nonsense) massage experience.
4) Dinner at a wonderful seafood restaurant by the sea (they even rear sharks!)
5) 2nd day after breakfast (included in the package) golf at Inda Puri
6) Depart to Sekupang ferry terminal for home.

Note: The agent/guide stays in Batam therefore he has all the "local knowledge" for places to eat, golf, massage etc. You can practically request for "anything under the stars" in Batam.

Reasons:
1) My package is customized I had overseas visitors.
2) My visitors requirements are quite different from us S'poreans
3) We paid a premium and were very satisfied with the service (best hotel, best golf course, best massage etc).
4) I had Americans & Chinese but fortunately Andrew (the agent) speaks 3 languages fluently,English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia as well as our local dialects.

Note: Andrew is a fellow S'poreans who is based in Batam already for many years handling corporate as well as individuals/groups of visitors to Batam

Stumbled upon this thread before I contacted him to arrange for our trip. Just returned after 2D1N break and had a wonderful time in Batam's southlinks & indah puri.
