Can local golf clubs not acquire JB golf clubs to continue operation?

Keppel golf club - Can it not acquire, example, Christine Resort (Octville) and continue with its activities just as The Legends Fort Canning or Fairway/Palm Resort.

Christine Resort - understand no longer in Operation.

The bottleneck is transport and custom. Fear of driving in JB. Traffic jams.

Transport to and fro via Changi Ferry Terminal, Singapore with complementary transfers provided at the disembarkation point at Tanjung Langsat to the resort. OR Bum boat from Changi Point Ferry to JB Duty Free Zon ferry terminal.

Jam + Increased Toll + VEP = Ferry preferred Hassle free just like Batam/Bintan.
