I experienced the same thing about 1-1/2 years ago. This stranger tried jioing me for game twice and talked as if we were buddy buddy. Then never hear from him ever again.

I think it is a mistaken identity.

I got a game pooling sms and then watapp messages from a bro as my contact is on one of the game pooling threads here. I did not reply as I was busy and was not active in game pooling. As he saw that I read his message in watapp and not responded, he replied a few days later "I will blacklist you".

Usually a female will use the word, "nevermind" ... Sounds more feminine and less macho ... Laughing

For male, the reply would usually be, "Oh, forget it" or "doesn't matter" ...

Personally, I will feel a bit uncomfortable when I ask someone something and the reply is "Do I know you?" It's so embarrassing and as if I am trying to strike a conversation or taking advantage of a situation with a stranger. If I were to reply, I would say, "Have we met somewhere before?
