After a week off the LPGA will be moving to the state of North Carolina for the playing of the U.S Women's Open. This is the 2nd of 5 majors on the LPGA schedule.
It is also the start of the most important part of the LPGA schedule. The next ten events will bring us four major championships, the Canadian Women's Open, and the International Crown.
This week's tournament will be #15 of 32 on the 2014 LPGA schedule (the International Crown is an unofficial tournament and is not counted in the grand total).

Wie really has an athletic n powerful swing. Really enjoyed watching her swing in slo mo... And for some reasons, I may be wrong but I do sense that she is putting more control in her approach shots (I.e not elaborate follow up as before but controlled ones to shape the shots) and she is spending more time in pre-shot routine before taking the putts ( and yes, the 90deg posture is still not very easy on most eyes)..

The ball is round, the putting surface is slippery. Hope MW can maintain her composure and not implode.

Very true. I played pinehurst course on my WGT app. Always punished for aggressive approach shots and putting.. I am only doing the control with a finger.. I can only imagine them playing the real deal..

Every aspect of her game is coming together. Her driving distance is awesome, iron accuracy is equally good ... There are many naysayers about her putting stance and me is no exception ... If she could make her putter listen to her on Sunday, am sure she will be able to sink many birdies putts ... and of course, to pick up this major championship ...
