These are 2 of my favourite swings. No surprise I have watched them for countless times and analysed it to bits.
I'd just like to confirm my thoughts here to see if my observations are sound or did I misinterpret certain portions of the swing.
My conclusion is that both of them have "kissing forearms" after impact. And the more I watch it in slow motion, the more I think I am right about it.
Like to hear any thoughts. What do you see?
P.S. I am not here to discuss if kissing forearms are right or wrong.
Cheers.

Forearm is the part between your elbow and your wrist. Do you mean deltoids?

I meant forearms. Left and right forearms kissing.

Bro,
The forearms will never "kiss" if you need to keep them in the V position. What u saw is the rotation of the wrist that resulted in the idea that the forearms met after impact.
I m not a pro, dun take my words for it. I m still finding my swing..... Just my 1cent worth.

Bro Willy, were you on the way to Isetan Sale when I bumped into you? Sorry it happened so fast and my son was sleeping so I did not stop to chat.
Can you elaborate a little about "keep them in the V position"?
Cheers.

The kissing forearm thingy should be near the finish.
Even at impact, the V formed by the arms should still be maintained.

With reference to the Josh Zander video, I am definitely working on a "roll release". Which I see Luke and Lydia both use.
Bro are you more of the "stable release"?
