Hi, anyone care to enlighten me the diff between stock & aftermarket NSPro 950 shaft? Some told me theres diff but what is the actual diff.

No difference IMHO.

Some graphite shafts have (made for OEM). For example i seen GD AD Tour made for Callaway, this shaft will be different from after market GD AD Tour.

However most steel shaft should be same regardless OEM or after market

This I am not sure.
Aftermarket shaft are said to be made better than OEM stock shaft. Because they are made in such a slower pace and quality control is more focused.
That's why sometimes, there are shaft that are listed "S" flex but are actually "R" flex and vice versa.
Some golfers buy new shaft and have their iron shaft get "aligned" and lengthened according to their needs.
