hey bro....what is the distance here? Training for past few months for stanchart...tot of trying out to gauge my readiness

Just started running again this week. I'm really enjoying it. Makes me feel free.

But 10km and 15km is too much of a stretch for me. So, count me out for the time being.

REAL Run is 10km Cross Terrain. Asphalt, dirt and SAND!!
