Any pics of the courses? if I can only play one course, which will u recommend, I am thinking of going to Jakarta in the middle of the month.

whats the costs like playing golf in Jakarta? Minus the airfare/hotel costs.. say pickup from hotel + return ... or do u recommend a golf package incl airfare + accommodation + golf?
