did a quick check, the 2 way ferry from sg-bin-sg is $67 on weekends.
so total price would be $77+$67 = $144

I played in laguna bintan before. Unless $77 includes ferry, its not worth the hassle cos whole day will be gone for this day trip.

IMHO, for golf in bintan, nothing beats Ria Bintan. Bintan lagoon also has seen better days...
