Yes I am member and regular on Sat alternating morning and afternoon game. Morning tend to be a little crowded but afternoon ok.

New course is a little soggy on rainy days but otherwise playable.
Old course is in better condition. Less soggy and more challenging.
Buggy on track.

Does anyone know if the Poresia course demand handicap on weekends??

Have not managed to get my handicap yet...

Yes. They need HCP. If not,you have to take some sort of a test when u are there (pay more $$$)

I think in JB, only Poresia require Hcp card. I have played elsewhere like Horizon Hills, Legends, Orchard SC, Palm Villa, JGCC, Ponderosa, etc before and they never ask for Hcp card.
