Pros - How do you control backspin?

Good work mate. Looks like a little less lag. Just looks like the ball is too far back (maybe camera angle) which will increase spin as well. As you suggested, more change will take time and practice. Definitely noticed the shorter follow through as well. Did you get a chance to try the drill I suggested - hitting wedges off a small tee?

j/k.. rex is too good for me to comment liao.. he is pro standard already.

rex is those scratch to low single hcp.....totally different league from us....i mean some of us are like those 20++ hcp...

i think he clips are not really suitable for us... but the tempo n balance is very good for us to copy..

Thank you RSC. Its probably the camera angle as TSL was in the buggy and I told her to take a video of me. Trust me, trying to reduce the lag wasn't easy as I had a fear of hitting it fat if I did too much of it.

I will work on those drills sometime this week. Didn't manage to sneak practice in except for some swings in the backyard. I will also post a couple of videos when I go for my range session to see if the divots are shallower.

Its the long weekend dude. Today is Labor Day holiday.

Do you know that ALL American holidays will ALWAYS fall on a day prior or after the weekend? Makes things easy for everyone....

i think Rex is more like preparing for Q school then working there....

but we still need more strokes to survive your type of game....either that or we have to send someone 1 flight ahead to water the greens....
